Visio 2010 and the Missing ORM Shapes

If you’re looking for ORM (Object Role Modeling) shapes in Visio 2010, you won’t find them.  This Microsoft KB verifies this.

But, you can still download them, here.  The shapes in this download includes Express-G, ORM, Jackson and ROOM.

I wonder why Microsoft went through the effort of removing them.
