  • Just trying to take it easy and allow my shins to heal up
  • Did some quad extensions,, then stretched for about 10 min

    • no worries, im prepared to run with two shins tied behind my back 🙂

      and thanks… this is really nothing and just a mild excuse to take it easy… not officially on marathon training yet so im giving myself the luxury of being conservative 🙂
